Privacy Policy

• Account data: email, username, password hash, verification status, avatar color, and membership status.
• Service activity: videos viewed, saved items, comments, poll votes, and basic view counts.
• Support and legal information: messages, copyright notices, and counter-notices you submit.
• Technical data needed to keep the Service secure, such as session cookies and server request/error logs.
• Email preferences: whether you opted into new video and poll announcements.

Flutterwave processes checkout and recurring payments. We store transaction references, amount/currency, plan, paid period, and subscription status. We do not store full card details; payment details are collected by Flutterwave.

Bunny Stream stores, transcodes, and delivers video files. Authorized playback requests are checked against your signed-in session and membership before short-lived stream URLs are issued.

Resend delivers verification, password-reset, receipt, cancellation, and opted-in activity emails.

We use account data to provide sign-in and playback, payment data to grant and manage memberships, and activity data to provide watch history, favorites, comments, polls, and moderation. We use notification preferences to decide which activity announcements to send.

We do not sell account data. We disclose data to service providers only as needed to operate the Service, respond to valid legal requests, protect people or the platform, or handle a transaction/dispute.

Essential account emails include verification, password reset, payment receipts, and subscription status. Activity emails (video releases and polls) are optional; manage them in Settings or use the unsubscribe link in the email.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. Some transaction records or legally necessary notice records may need to be retained.

Passwords are stored as salted hashes and session cookies are HTTP-only. We use access checks to protect paid streams and reset links. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain account information while the account is active, transaction records as needed for billing, and copyright reports as needed to administer legal notices and counter-notices. A final retention schedule must be set by the operator before launch.

The Service uses a necessary session cookie for login and playback access, plus local storage for video-player preferences. It does not currently use advertising cookies. The operator should add age/child-user terms appropriate to its audience and jurisdictions before launch.
